I haven’t had so much fun and been so excited for something personal that I have shot from a very long time than. And this time the puzzle pieces came together. And it’s probably because my son is on the pictures playing with his friends , or because I documented some real timeless moments. I was just very happy with the simple clothing styling, the location and the participation of the kids in front of the camera. Actually, they really didn't care about it (my camera). It was quite challenging for me to watch what Nikola is putting in his mouth and trying to make an art at the same time. I have never seen myself before I had a kid as a photograp[her] or someone (mom) who keeps taking photos of her children like Sally Mann and Tierney Gearon. Artists, whose work I really admire and I start feeling closer and closer to their world of motherhood/artist.
Their age is between 12 and 18 months old with one word to describe it-TODDLERS. Little people or cavemen as Dr. Harvey Karp calls them who live in their own world and curious enough to explore the whole planet from what’s inside the toilet to climbing up and touching anything that says ‘dangerous’ with capital ‘D’.
In one moment they laugh and the next one they cry and nobody knows what they want.
And here I am presenting you the cast:
toddlers, toddler, one year old, toddler behavior, one boy and two girls, baby friends, kids photography, children photography, concord kids photographer, walnut creek kids photographer, family photographer, kids photographer, editorial kids photography, editorial, story, kids models , parenthood
looking forward to photograph more work involving my son's adventure.
